Shipping policy

All in stock packages are shipped within 3 business days, All Pre-Orders are shipped when received From the manufacture, Please do not combine Pre-Orders & In stock Items as They will not ship separately.

Please note that there can be delays from manufactures and suppliers getting products to us, for timely shipping. We will do our best to keep everyone up to date on any delays. 

We ship during normal business days! These Days are marked M-F. Weekends do not count towards our shipping time! 

Sealed products sent from the manufacture are in factory wrapping. Poke-Holics is not responsible for rips or imperfections in the wrappings, or missing or damaged components inside the factory sealed item. Please reach out to the manufacture for any replacement or compensation.  Please Note: Outside box damage such as dents and dings do not hinder the product inside and is not considered damaged per the manufacture. This will not warrant a replacement or partial refund as all product is intended to be ripped for the contents inside.
